Exchanges and Eligibility

Goods once sold can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images if the product is defective or damaged. Once your request is approved, you will be guided through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from exchange. These include:

- Perishable goods (such as food, plants, etc.)

- Customized or personalized products

- Clearance or final sale items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or exchange as soon as possible.
